My team are running a test-and-learn project to identify whether using SEO keywords in our FB & IG page bios will drive more traffic to our pages/profile visits, or at least increase page reach/visibility.
What would you say are the best metrics to look at here?
I'm seeing "Facebook Page 28 Days Total Views" & "Instagram Business 28 Days Total Reach" but I'm not sure if these are right. Are there simple, straightforward metrics that show Profile Visits (i.e. unique people visiting our pages from whatever source -- content, SERPs, etc.) and Page Reach (i.e. the number of unique users who see our page appearing in their feeds, SERPs, etc.?)

Facebook:
Page Views: Indicates the total number of times your Facebook Page has been viewed.
Page Reach: Represents the number of unique users who have seen any content associated with your Page.

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

These are account level metrics where Page views are the number of views the page received for the last 28 days and reach is the number of unique views the page received over the last 28 days.
