Hi,
I want to make a CONTACT REASON per Category widget in the reporting section. Which metrics should I select for this?
Contact reason and category did not appear in the selections.

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi ext! To create a "CONTACT REASON per Category" widget in Sprinklr Reporting, you'll need to use the "Category" dimension and a suitable metric like "Contact Count" or "Number of Tickets" or whatever reasons you want to track. For example, choose the "Category" dimension from the available selections and then select the metric that represents the number of interactions or tickets associated with each category. By combining the "Category" dimension with the appropriate metric, you can create a widget that effectively visualizes the number of contacts or tickets per category in your Sprinklr Reporting Dashboard.
