1. Count of Unique Commenters

Sprinklr provides a metric called "Accounts Engaged", which reflects the number of unique users who have interacted with your content—including those who commented. This is distinct from the total comment count and gives you exactly what you're looking for: how many individual users participated.

To view this:

• Navigate to your Reporting Dashboard or Engagement Dashboard.
• Create a custom widget that filters for the specific Instagram post.
• Add the "Accounts Engaged" metric to visualize the number of unique commenters.

2. List or Export of Participating Users

You can view all comments on the post within Sprinklr’s Engagement Dashboard. While Sprinklr doesn’t directly show a list of usernames in a single column by default, you can:

• Use the export functionality in the dashboard to download the comment data.
• Export formats like Excel will include metadata such as usernames, timestamps, and comment content.
• From there, you can filter or deduplicate the list in Excel to get your unique commenter list.
