Is there a way to generate a count and list of unique customer profiles of those who commented on a specific Instagram post? Say, we have post with 1,500 comments and we want to know how many of those are unique profiles (how many users are participating vs number of comments), then view a list (or even export a list) of the users participating?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi @cortneyschroeder!
1. Count of Unique Commenters
Sprinklr provides a metric called "Accounts Engaged", which reflects the number of unique users who have interacted with your content—including those who commented. This is distinct from the total comment count and gives you exactly what you're looking for: how many individual users participated.
To view this:
2. List or Export of Participating Users
You can view all comments on the post within Sprinklr’s Engagement Dashboard. While Sprinklr doesn’t directly show a list of usernames in a single column by default, you can:
