Smart Assist widget
Hi everyone!
I'm trying to get the Smart Assist widget to show up properly in the Care Console Manager, but I'm getting a "You don't have permission to access" message.
Does anyone know exactly what permissions need to be enabled (and where) so that agents can see and use the Smart Assist widget? I’ve already added the widget in the layout, but it seems like a role/permission issue.
Would really appreciate any help or tips! 🙏
Thanks in advance!

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hey there! Admins can configure access to Smart Assist by navigating to: Platform Settings > Roles > Permissions > Agent Assist / Smart Assist
To ensure users have the correct access:
If a user doesn’t see the Smart Assist widget, it’s typically due to:
If the above doesn't work. You may need to log a ticket, enabling Smart Assist in the front end, may still require some additional backend access!
