Is there a way to exclude all comments on a specific post from case maker rules?

Our team uses cases for Instagram moderation and we have a case maker rule set up that automatically makes cases for engageable content, which is then manually moderated by our team. Is there a way to tell the case maker rule to ignore everything from a specific post, even if it would normally be identified as engageable?

    Hi Courtney!  Yes, in Sprinklr's Case Maker, you can configure rules to exclude specific messages or posts from triggering case creation or association—even if they would normally be considered engageable.  To do this, you need to define conditions in the Case Maker rule that explicitly filter out those messages.

    Here’s how you can approach it:

    Steps to Ignore Specific Posts in Case Maker
    Identify the Criteria: Determine what makes the post identifiable—such as a keyword, message type, source channel, profile ID, or a custom tag.

    Use Conditional Logic: In the Case Maker rule configuration, add a condition like:

      • If message contains keyword "X"
      • If message is from profile ID "Y"
      • If message has tag "IgnoreCase"
    1. Set the Action to “Do Nothing”: Instead of associating or creating a case, configure the rule to not take any action when those conditions are met.
    2. Prioritize the Rule: Ensure this exclusion rule is evaluated before other rules that might otherwise engage with the message.
    3. Test the Rule: Use test messages to confirm that the rule correctly ignores the specified posts.

    If you're using custom fields or CRM integrations, you can also use those to flag messages that should be ignored.

    Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

    How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
