Hi Allison, thanks for the detailed response.
I think there may be a misunderstanding of our use case, so I’d like to clarify why the suggested filters don’t fully solve the issue.
In our setup, we work with multiple agencies:
-
Some agencies create the organic content.
-
Other agencies are responsible for boosting that content.
-
The agency that creates the post is not necessarily the one that boosts it.
What we need is to view, in the Editorial Calendar:
-
The original organic publication, and
-
The boosts that were actually executed by specific ad accounts.
The problem we’re seeing (with TikTok) is that for a single boost performed by ONE ad account, Sprinklr is creating multiple duplicated calendar entries—one for every active ad account on the platform—even though only one ad account actually executed the boost.
Because of this:
-
Filtering by “Organic only” hides the boosts we do need to see.
-
Filtering by ad account is not reliable, because depending on the campaign a different agency is boosting and the boosted post appears incorrectly tied to accounts that did not perform it.
-
The calendar becomes misleading and noisy, especially when reviewing paid activity.
What we’re trying to achieve is not to hide boosted content, but to:
-
Eliminate these incorrect duplicates, and
-
Display only the relevant boosted entry associated with the single ad account that actually performed the boost together with the organic activity
Is this behavior expected for TikTok boosts?
If so, is there any configuration or workaround to prevent Sprinklr from creating these duplicate calendar entries across unrelated ad accounts? Thanks — this visibility is critical for our operational workflow.

Hi Carlos! Yes, each active ad account creates a separate calendar entry for the same boosted post. Here are a few options, depending on your preference.
1. Use Post Type Filters in the Editorial Calendar
Sprinklr allows filtering by Post Type or Paid Status, so you can exclude boosted entries:
Open the Editorial Calendar
Navigate to Sprinklr Marketing → Publish → Editorial Calendar.
Click “Add Filter”
At the top of the calendar, select the Add Filter icon.
Choose “Post Type” or “Paid Status”
- If you see Post Type, select Organic only.
- If you see Paid Status, choose Exclude Paid or Show Organic Only.
Apply the Filter
Click Apply. The calendar will now display only the original organic posts, hiding boosted versions.
2. Alternative: Use “Campaign Objective” or “Boost Status”
Some setups include a Boost Status filter. If available:
- Select Boost Status → Not Boosted to hide boosted entries.
3. You can also Show Only the Relevant Ad Account
You can filter the Editorial Calendar to display posts from a specific ad account:- Open the Calendar - Go to Sprinklr Marketing → Publish → Editorial Calendar.
- Add a Filter - Click the Add Filter icon at the top of the calendar.
- Select “Account” - In the filter options, choose Account or Ad Account.
- Pick Your Ad Account - From the list, select the ad account used for th e boost.
- Apply the Filter - Click Apply. Your calendar will now show only posts (including the boosted one) tied to that account.
Hope this helps! LMK if you have additional questions!

Hello Allison, when boosting a post, we’re seeing that in the Calendar view the boosted post appears multiple times—once for each active ad account on the platform—instead of only under the ad account used for boosting.
Is there a way to configure the Calendar view so the post only appears for the ad account that performed the boost?

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a success story we published a few weeks back with Deutsche Telekom. They're rolling out Sprinklr Service in their contact centers across Europe — they have a couple hundred agents already onboarded and expect to have 40k+ once the project is fully implemented. I loved

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

Hi Carlos! Thank you for the clarification! As I understand it, this is expected behavior based on TikTok’s Spark Ads identity model and Sprinklr’s ingestion logic. When multiple TikTok ad accounts under the same Business Center are connected to your Sprinklr workspace, Sprinklr ingests posts from all identities the authorized TikTok user can access. For Spark Ads (boosted organic posts), this creates duplicate calendar entries—even if only one ad account executed the boost.
To prevent duplicates and show only the correct boosts, it may require help from Support.
Bottom line: The fix is to control which identities Sprinklr ingests—either by scoping permissions or asking Support to block identities. Filters alone won’t solve the root cause.
I have sent this conversation to your account team as this may require help from the technical or support teams!
