Has anyone used Salesforce as a knowledge-base repository for Sprinklr?

Sprinklr Platform Integrations & Apps | Sprinklr lists Salesforce Knowledge as an integration option for knowledge-base use. There is no detail behind this logo panel, though and nothing in the developer documentation that explains how to integrate Salesforce Knowledge with Sprinklr. I find little on the Salesforce side as well.
Can anyone here discuss experiences in using Salesforce Knowledge to serve knowledge-base content to Sprinklr?
Cheers, Scott

Thanks Steve. This is useful information, especially your comment that Sprinklr can integrate with any HTML-based KB platform with adequate APIs. What do you mean by "adequate APIs?" Are the minimum requirements set forth somewhere?
One thing I have heard is that Microsoft Sharepoint does not work as a KB repository, perhaps because its technology does not meet the conditions you mention. Is this a topic on which you can shed light?

Hi Scott,
There isn't much doc as it's a pretty simple integration.
We connect a sync job to a partner SFDC environment and either do a one-time import of the SFDC KB into Sprinklr's, or configure it to refresh on a scheduled basis - typically daily. Once done, any changes to the SFDC KB will be synced based on that schedule. It's a very flexible integration, in the sense that it will work with any HTML based Knowledge Base platform as long as the source platform has adequate APIs.
Note: Changes made in Sprinklr are not replicated back to the source system (although our APIs would enable that to be done by an interested party if necessary)- S

One last clarification. Between your description and Allison Fasching's details on API requirements, it sounds like using Salesforce as a repository for Sprinklr Knowledge Base needs custom development using the APIs and that there is not a connector from Sprinklr that provides an no-code integration - is that correct?

Hello everyone,I'm interested in integrating Sprinklr with Power BI to personalize my information. However, I haven't been able to find any documentation on the API itself. The only resources I came across were third-party platforms that require a fee for this integration. Has anyone successfully in

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

Estou criando uma apresentação e não entendo como ela está classificando por Classificar por. Seria possível ordenar alfabeticamente, ou criar alguma regra para esta ordenação?

How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?

Hi Scott! Steve may have more detailed knowledge of this, but here's some information on the API requirements:
The HTML-based KB platform needs to provide the necessary functionalities and support to allow Sprinklr to interact with it effectively for the intended use case. You would need to consult both the Sprinklr Developer Portal and the specific KB platform's documentation to determine if the APIs meet the requirements for your desired integration.

Allison,
Thanks for the details and the link to the API documentation! Fun fact: your surname is also the most common German word for the carnival celebrations which take place in parts of Germany, notably the Rhineland and the rural areas near the Swiss border.
