Alerts: contextual resources ("merge codes") not resolving in notifications

Following the documentation here, I set up a manual alert cases exceeding SLAs. I receive notifications but the resources included for case number, case assignee and other fields do not resolve, so I am unable to navigate from the alert notification to the case which triggered the alert. Have others seen this behavior?

Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!
