Applying Logics in API

Based on Dashboard,there are some logic derived metrics. How can i apply that in API where i am not able to.
For instance:

Microsoft SOC

Topic Tag – AI Brand SIP

Calculation = Microsoft + AI Mentions (AI Brand SIP) / All AI conversation defined by the top line dashboard queries above

Delta - Change in percentage of SOV from the previous week

Can anyone know how to apply filters with logic calculation derived?@sprinklerapi @sprinklradmin @sprinklr_community

    Hi @vkarthikss,

    Thank you for your patience. We checked internally with our SME regarding your query, looks like you'll need to create a custom metric with necessary logic in Sprinklr. Next, you need to import that custom metric data using API. Here is a helpful article that shows how to create a custom metric and how to import these custom metric data.

      Good morning, I am wondering if it is possible to add music or audio to an Instagram post. When I upload/schedule, I use the Quick Publish widget and I don't see it there. If it is currently not possible, I think it would be a really neat tool!

      How can I adjust the widget dimensions in order to have a single one in one ppt slide? If I download my report dashboard as it is today, it looks weird. Collapsed columns, overlapping rows and I see only 5 lines out of 14 in total. Suggestions?
