It would be really helpful if users received an email or page notification about 5 days before their password expires so that they can plan accordingly. Is this possible at all?

It would be great if we could export a user list, after filtering all Users. E.g. I filter all users to see only users from one Region. If I export the list now, I still get all users in the excel. It would make my life so much easier, so I can export lists per Region/per persona/per level etc.
