Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Sprinklr Community, a place where customers can collaborate with each other, answer each other's questions, and share ideas about the Sprinklr products and services they love. We invite you to come as you are, and make your mark, however, we do have a few housekeeping rules.

In order to keep the Community safe, we are committed to enforcing the guidelines below.

🤗 Be Your True Self
We want to get to know YOU! When creating a Community profile, please use your real name and company email address. People will be much more likely to engage with you and answer your questions if you use your actual identity.

💌 Rules of Engagement
This is a community by the people, for the people. Go ahead and ask any Sprinklr-related questions you may have, share product ideas, and best practices. Remember to be kind when engaging with community members, everyone is there to learn and share.

🗣 Be Constructive with Your Criticism
Good critics foster healthy conversation and debate without attacking people personally. When responding to others, make sure you’re constructive and uplifting.

🤝 Help Your Neighbor
Know the answer to a question or want to share a relevant experience? Go ahead and help your fellow community members out! The more you engage in the Community, the more badges you’ll earn and points you’ll rack up.

🚫 Spam
Please don’t post the same question or comment in multiple topics. Don’t post links to your own personal websites. Don’t post sexual or violent material. If a user posts any spam, they will be blocked, and the post will be deleted from the community.
